Hard Chromium Plating

Capabilities

Our Plating department specializes in hard chromium plating, aerospace, and aircraft plating, and houses four plating baths to ensure our goal for outstanding service is not compromised by a lack of plating capacity. We have the capacity to chrome plate parts that are up to 30,000 lbs, 68 inches in diameter, and 30 feet long. Plating samples are prepared and tested on a monthly basis to ensure compliance to nuclear standards of hardness, hydrogen embrittlement, and adhesion.
